Emmanuel Christian Academy is seeking a mission-driven Varsity Cheerleading Coach. An ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate about cheerleading, and dedicated to guiding high school girls spiritually and emotionally. Reports to: Athletic Director Responsibilities Include: - Availability for 3-4 practices per week and attendance at all home and away games - Organizing and planning cheers and dances for the season - Facilitating the Jr. Lions Elementary Cheer Program - Maintaining detailed weekly communication with both parents and athletes - Plan and direct cheer tryouts - Managing time ordering all uniform pieces - Support the Middle School Cheer Coach Qualifications/Requirements: - Previous coaching experience preferred - Experience in organization and effective communication - Faith based, servant leadership, mentoring philosophy - Alignment with school mission and faith statement - Must be able to oversee daily operations and practice schedule - Pass a BCI/FBI Background Check - Complete required coaching certifications - Must have or be able to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit Deadline to Apply: Until filled Prospective Candidates: Interested and qualified candidates should download and submit the below employment application and send along with a resume and letter of interest to Zach Armstrong, Athletic Director at zarmstrong@ecaoh.com.
