On December 21st, the Lions traveled to TP Lanes in Bellefontaine to compete in the Raider Holiday Classic hosted by Benjamin Logan. The tournament hosted 15 boys teams and 11 girls teams that were from both Division I and Division II schools across the region. On the boys side, the Lions finished with 3032 and were led by the trio of Gabe Amos, Mason Meisner, and Maddox Buche who shot 588, 582, and 580, respectively. The boys also fired off a 432 baker set including a season high 235 baker game. Despite their efforts, they finished 9th in the tournament and missed the cut to match play by six pins. On the girls side, the Lions bowling team gave it their all, showing great teamwork and determination. While we didn’t finish on top, we’re proud of the effort and passion everyone brought to the game. The girls finished with 2095 and were led by Moriah Amos with a 455 series.
