The HS boys track team took 2nd place out of 14 teams at the Shawnee Relays yesterday. Grady Schaadt and Braylon Walls led the way for the Lions with 24 points each. Drew Hoying and Braylon Walls took the gold in the High Jump Relay and the Distance Medley Relay of Alex Pinkleton, Cartlon Glaze, Eli Whetstone and Grady Schaadt also took the gold. Finally, the 4x1600 meter relay of Braylon Walls, Alex Pinkleton, Eli Whetstone and Grady Schaadt set a new school record with a time of 20:03.35. Great job, Lions! The girls team was short of numbers but still competed hard! Jillian Witherow led the way with 11 points followed by Moria Amos with 8 points.
